Lithograph and chromotypograph published in 1910 (approx) for the Paris Lyon Mediterranee Railway Company by Berger-Levrault of Nancy, promoting rail trips to Lake Annecy, one of the prettiest of the French Haute-Savoie region’s alpine lakes. The 13th-century Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard perches above the lakeside village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Fine skiing is available nearby at Megeve and La Clusaz and other resorts. This stunning example is mounted on preservation grade linen, ready to frame and in stunning condition with clear, bright colours. A scarce, collectible poster rarely seen in this condition.
