Lithograph on both sides of a fold out brochure featuring pop-up train windows and doors through which skiers can be seen on the slopes, printed for the Paris Lyon Mediterrane railway company of France in the mid-1930’s. This is a fantastic one-off brochure – way more than a brochure in fact – a seriously impressive art deco image which must have cost a fortune to lovingly produce. Offered in mint original condition, it depicts skiers on a train platform and when one opens the windows and doors one sees skiers descending the slopes at the destination! It is quite beautiful and we have never seen another. Must be seen…
